There is no harm of informing through CSE. Provide current contact address for both current boss and previous boss (if possible). Do write a cover letter, sign it, scan it, and upload it through CSE.

Also pls share experience who did not send PCR with the package, how to update them? or the Visa office will ask the same during MR or RPRF? is it okey to send medicals and police clearence via DHL/UPS at the same time? need help.... Hi Tupa, I also did not send the PCC. The VO will request you to send them whenever your application is processed. No need to worry at this time, bro.
