I received the similar email from SGVO today. He said he has concerns if work experience is genuine.
Can anyone share if there is any tips of what to reply to SGVO?
In my original submission, the reference letters were attached. But no contract or HR letter were submitted. Is this the root cause? Thanks

I applied for Skilled worker as NOC 2174 (i think) in 2014 May. Just yesterday I got an email from Singapore Counselor that he is not happy with the letter of my work experience. He threatened me if there is misrepresentation blah blah... every work experience I have is real, so I don't know why they gave me a one month ultimatum to convince them that I am actually a computer programmer! The guy sends me an email disclosing his name, which is quite awkward. I just want to know what to include in my email to him that my job experience is authentic: taxes, payroll... These are his words:
Specifically, I have concerns that the employment references from ---- which you have provided in support of your application are not genuine. I have noted that you have not supplied any additional information to substantiate this employment. I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have 30 days from the date of this communication to submit additional information in this regard.

Brother i was just joking with you. Otherwise i would not give my opinion. And i as well as we all don't know your work related issues. Now if i were in your place what would i do? I would have done the below things......

I would take an affidavit from my HR manager, Manager & MD

I would present my contract paper, my salary A/C details

I would show them my company's picture of office tour, get together & would have pointed out the persons, their names & designations

I would give them my "linkedin" profile address where they could easily checkout my every details as well as they could find my office colleagues
and could cross check it.

I would give them my facebook profile where i put my work related topics.

So now you think what should be done from your part.

Question 1 :: My 5 month old baby do not have National ID Card. Do i need to submit it ?

Question 2 :: My baby is yet to speak as she is 5month Old , so what will be her Native language , I am referring to Generic Application form's language Detail Point.

Please help.

Thanks Nazira. I am female, so sister I was very frustrated with the fraud accusation in the email. Apologies if you took it personally. Regarding providing them with FB, linkdin, I have none. But I can certainly produce my contract, tax, bank letters, pay stabs... I was thinking of office photo! That would be interesting. Thanks you are the only one who replied.

Oh WoW !! great news! Congratulation!! So your passport returnend and ECAS changed to Decision Made on the same day? How do you find the news of PP return? through VFS tracker or through email sent by VFS? Have you collected it already?

I submitted my passport on 10th Nov and it was received by SGVO the same day. And I got the notification from VSF through text message. And went to collect it right away. Actually ecas status was changed after I received the text message.

Hi marina ee! In addition to what Raisa Nazrana suggested, you may also want to include some awards/merits (certificate) that you have received from your company or even trainings that you've had which are related to your NOC, you may also want to include them as an additional proof.
