Now, expert please give me your valuable advice regarding following issues-

Fact 1: VO asked me to provide all the docs within 30 days.

Fact 2: My wife is expecting and she will be due in late November, InsaAllah. VO already ask for the info of my newborn baby. Which is strange, because I did not raise any CSE or inform VO about my wife pregnancy in mail. They ask for baby's BC, Passport, App Fee and 3 copy PP photos. I think it may be their common mail format.

Now, should I inform them about my wife situation and ask them to extend the timeline for another 30 days so that I provide all docs with baby's info ? OR should I comply with their request and after that when all docs regarding baby is ready I raise a CSE?

Fact 3: Someone please help me how to send the docs. They ask mail the all original docs with courier and all other documents by e-mail.

Now, how can I address this sending docs issue?

Fact 4: VO gave me link to pay RPRF online. No other option is specified i.e.- DD

Any insight about this issue?

Fact 5: My PCC is 10 months old and its valid till 23rd Dec 2015

Now, should go for a new PCC or current one will be ok?

Yes, you need to send all the docs about your baby to VO if you want bring him/her to Canada along with you.

By mail, the address of MVO could be found on the AOR email. And you could send the scan copys through 'Online Case specific' system one more time if you are worried.

Yes, you need to send all the docs about your baby to VO if you want bring him/her to Canada along with you.

=>You should inform to VO about your wife's pregnancy and the expecting date via CSE. In parallel do the job what VO asked and send all docs as soon as possible.
=> You should also inform to Dr. so that and shield paper should be used while doing X-Ray.
=> If you dont have any child then it is not required to fill up.

=> In MR mail there is an instruction how to send the docs. As you have got it from Manila VO, you can send the scan copy via the email address or via FedEx to mailing address which is mentioned in the mail.

=> You can send DD but it will take processing time. So, better to pay via CC. You can use brac bank card of yours or any of your friends. Not an issue.
