Dear Friends, very strange update... In my ECA the second line is changed to 12 August 2013. But previously it was written 13 Oct 2014. Why the second line has been changed, do you have any Idea? ??? ???

Hello,

sorry to share a bad news... I got DM before MR last month and I also got their letter by postal mail. They asked my updated JD in last Feb and in 2nd Oct GCMS there is nothing changed was shown from my last GCMS. Only change is I sent a query on July 28 to clarify some confusions shown in notes of my GCMS.

I already raised another GCMS after getting DM. If I go for appeal what is the procedure and what is the chance of win and how much time will take and costing?

could any one please suggest me!

02. We started processing your application on March 27, 2015.

2nd line got updated by end of August. When do I expect Medical Request.

I am also sailing in the same boat as yours. Hopefully in another 1 or 2 months (If we are more positive).

Can you check your second line date changed now?

rkshah81, Bro, usually how much time does it take to get the MR.?

Hi Sohaib,

Usually it will be 1 or 2 months after the second line update. But SGVO is not working in the same manner as how other countries are doing. December candidates in Someother Visa Office got their VISA issued, but poor SGVO is moving like a snail. If my predections are right, we will get our MR in 2 months from now.

I've hardly posted in this forum but I've read a lot of the discussions and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who shared their advice and experiences. They have really helped me understand the process, the acronyms, the delays, the next steps etc. I got my COPR a couple days ago and my husband and I are hopefully going to land later this month .
