One more aksking ::: When 2nd line in Ecas come i.e. "Processing started" is seen in Ecas, then i should understand that they have started working on my file ? ? Right ? ? ? Before that no profit from CSE or GCMS, right ? ? ?

No brother. Things are not like that.

-Sometimes 2nd line update with Medical request(Most of the time we found like that)
-Sometimes MR comes after 1~2 months later of 2nd line update.

So, its better raise GCMS after 2 months later. Hopefully you will get some updates on your file.

Critical situation ! need suggestions

today received GCMS Note from caipsnotes.com. there is note about procedural fairness about job description sent on 2015/02/08. but did not received by email or mail.

on 20th May 2015 sent my NBs documents and fees, that also added to application file and cic status "In Process". Please suggest me what to do? I have all ready CSE about this issue.

Please share if any one in the same situation. thanks in advance

Wait for the reply of your CSE.

As they included your NB's document, so hopefully they will inform you if any further documentation required.

For GCMS notes

Previously, We have found that SGVO starts to review the file after two months of AOR.
But in current trend it is taking more than 4 months. We have found it in most of the GCMS notes. I have found some of July, August and September Applicants' GCMS notes where Eligibility Review not started yet as same as Security, Criminality and Medical. Currently, they are processing files for September and October batch. You can request GCMS notes anytime but if there is no significant changes found then it would be worthless. So, better to wait two months more then request GCMS note to get some significant updates.

3rd party verification and appropriate precaution

- They can check FB for your relationship with your Family members(Spouse, brothers)
- They can check LinkedIn profile for professional experience and JD and check the link with you who signed on your JD.
- Websites for your Organization exist or not and organization's work pattern so that they can map it with your experience letter and lead statement.

So, better keep up to date all of your profiles accordingly.

SGVO started working on ur file after they had mailed you AOR. It is also seen that 2nd line is updated along with MR mail and even after MR mail. So don't try to understand the working pattern of SGVO. Stay calm and keep faith.

is there anyone who is going to attend CIIP session? I've faced one problem during registration. my noc is 4011 (University professors and lecturers). but there is no option as 4011 in the online form. there is one option titled University professors which is focused as noc 4121.

My colleague has gone through the same situation and he came to know that a letter was sent to him for procedural fairness which in fact was not delivered to my colleague. He gave feedback accordingly and mentioned that from GCMS he came to know abt that letter what he didn't receive actually. He is waiting since then to get a feedback.

Ruafen bro can you please share his application date and how long is he waiting for reply from SVGO? if svgo give only 1 month for this PF, than why my status is in progress. please let me know what is his status at CIC.

Hi Sharmin Apu,

He applied on 5th June'14 under 2133 NOC, came to know about fairness letter after receiving GCMS notes on 3rd Jun'15 and replied on the same day via mail on the same day. He also sent hard copies on next day.

Usually Visa officer puts apart a file mentioning a BFD( bring forward day) when additional documents are required. And for sure your BFD has not come yet and that's why your file is showing In process and your NBB's docs were added into your file. So please don't late to reply at your earliest after collecting all the recent documents.

Please don't be afraid and reply with your recent documents with some evidence. All the best wishes for you.
