they forgot us...no update....in my last gcms i received on 8 june for up to 10 may it was saying
criminality: passed
eligibility: passed
medical: passed
security: blank nothing written
next update: 31.5.2015
i have applied for another gcms note on 8 june...so hopefully will receive it on 8 july 2015

I already withdraw my POF from bank. Does SGVO accepts fixed deposit from DBH or IDLC if they ask again? or should i keep the money in bank as previous.

It is ok if you withdraw your money which you have shown your POF. But still you need to keep some fund either it is in FD or account in any bank for secure of your POF for future declaration if VO requires....

Say that the SgVO has approved your PR application then they issue you an initial entry visa to Canada, how long does the SgVO give?
Will it be like a year for us to check-in in Canada?

The immigration visa is valid for one year from the date that applicant's medical exam is done, regardless which visa office.

Passports submitted

Went to the VFS CVAC (Bangladesh) today and submitted passports and pictures. It took just 10 minutes but I had to wait for an hour before my token's turn came.

Peaceful place. They are especially patient and helpful to elderly people. Liked the work spirit there, even among security personnel. "Australia? this way. Canada? that way." LOL.

Since this is the Ramadan time, they are open between 9am-2pm.

Could you please mention the specifications of the picture you submitted. I mean what have you written down backside of the picture. Did VO suggested you to write anything backside of the picture?

Hi. These are the instructions I had:
As far as picture dimensions are concerned, it is the same as the pictures we all had submitted with our main applications. But we must NOT write anything on the back of the pictures.

Two pictures for each person.

One small envelope containing pictures of each.

Application number and name of the person written on each envelope.

So one year will begin since the say of the medical check takes time. I thought it is right on the day they stamp the entry visa
