Its after AOR...And it is very random....So second ques is completely depends on the Visa officer....

Congratulations on getting second line.

Most of the time MR is issued within few days of 2nd line. But sometimes people are to wait for even months after second line.
So pray to almighty so that you don't have to wait long.

I have got PER yesterday. So I can expect that I will get AOR between 20-30 March. As I don't have any idea about current trend in SGVO helpful information is very much appreciated.

- I read some of the people got office visit recently. Has it been an obvious case now?
- I also read some of the people got "30 day procedural fairness on work exp", what about this?
- If i get AOR at 25 March what could be the possible steps after that and the time frame?
- Can I travel outside of my country after getting the AOR mail or is there any restriction on that?

Experts opinion is highly appreciated. thanks

Hi Masud Bhai!

I am a 7th May Applicant, PER: 11th SEP, 2nd Line: 24th OCT but no update since then. I would suggest you go for GCMS notes I did it 27th JAN and now waiting for the reply. If you need a GCMS process briefing do reply to this.

I afraid I need the UCI number to initiate the process,But unfortunately I had authorized a representative of my application and I have an agreement with them that UCI will be shared to me after medical request and full payment of their dues!

Please note :
- Visit is Random ,not obvious for all cases.
-Historically You may receive the AOR at the end of March and after withing 80 days less or more you will have your medical request.Medical request is frequently accompanied by the Right of landing fee request and passport request....But different applicants are having different waiting time!!

Dear Expert,

I need your guideline, that my file received by CIC on 7th May 2014 but till now I did not get medical request yet. My details are given below

In ECAS it showing “In Process” and in side that it is showing
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on October 24, 2014.

But till now I do not get Medical request. By the mean time I requested for GSM notes and on that I could not identify any significant information from where I can understand the delay happening.

Would you please advise me what should I do now?

Hello Masud Bhai,

It's ethically wrong for representative not disclosing UCI & File number to their clients. Nonetheless, as unfortunate as it may sound you are now unable to apply for GCMS by yourself. Kindly ask them to apply for your GCMS, they only have to have you sign a consent form, scan & upload it to GCMS site. Keep in mind that this would be a paid service.

Congrats on your 2nd line!!! Well brother, I am a 7th May applicant, NOC:2171. It's been more than 3 months since I got 2nd line updated on 24th Oct. Don't lose hope but nor expect MR to come very soon prepare for a delay. Additionally if the delay exceed beyond 30 days I strongly recommend applying for GCMS notes.

Sorry brothers it should be FEBRUARY 17TH 2nd line, not january. Wrong month . No site visit or additional docs. The 2nd linr just appear out of nowhere.
