I have the same concern. Can we ask for PCC even without the official letter from VO? Can we use the AOR mail instead as the proof? Thanks for reply.

Singapore PCC requires standard 15 days processing for PR or Foreigners. If you cannot hit the deadline to submit, scan the payment and collection receipt and email VO that you have already applied and collection will be on that day atatcheing the receipts.

For Immigration purpose, the Singapore Police will ask for a letter that the VO is requesting for the PCC. If not they will not entertain you unless you will use for different purpose.
You can try to use your AOR but no idea on that. You can call them to verify before going there.

Thanks for the info. Just as a follow-up question. Does it say in the actual Police clearance certificate that it is for the use in Canada immigration? or this is a generic that is the same if you already requested for COC for other country immigration?

Yes, that may be it. Or, may be they just tried to avoid more work without getting paid more. A totally "itemized" mindset, they have. I am quite displeased hearing stuff about agents.

This forum is amazing and it is so helpful to everyone that anyone can get idea about their status even they can make judgment compare to anybody.

Agents are always call "Agent"... They always want to find the way how to get money in their pocket but from this forum everyone can get clarify either agent are asking too much which is beyond their prescribed/registered consultation fee.

SG Clearance will state in the certificate 'Canada' Means to be used for your application in Canada.

Fedex or dhl do not have domestic courier service. use private courier like company courier if you have one.

He gave me 30 days time to submit additional information regarding my job references through email . i already sent my last paytubs, bank statements(5.5 years), salary review statements, release letter from my previous employers and also offer letter. In addition i have attached latest email communication from my supervisor and tax summary for last five years. I think it enough right ? Need your expert opinions. i dont have sufficient information regarding my 1st employers as it was almost six years earlier.

I think that's enough. But one question. Did you make the reference letter in the company pad and was it signed by your HR manager or any senior supervisor??

Yess i did. even i included my contact letter also. what i did mistake that every reference letter i maintain a same format and thats the reason they confused. anyway i think i have enough documents to proved myself. Its such a ridiculous as i am working in a multinational company and have every evidence.

Hou can you maintain a same format for every ref letter? So which means you created all these ref letters by yourself, is it correct? Of course VO will be suspicious about this, each company ref letter has their own format and letter head, you should not customize by yourself.

Other colleagues whose was taken format same in all their workplace but cic didn't asked them. A little confuse, do you mean text format or the whole ref format including letter head, do you create letter head by yourself or you use company standard template? Becoz previously there is another case, one guy creates its own letter head and this letter head is different from the HR letter, the VO then also doubt the truth of the letter.

If all your ref letter looks in the same structure, then definitely VO will doubt. Anyway you must explain, try to get your supervisor to sign another letter to prove the letter is constructed and agreed by him. Good luck!
