It will work if you have submitted a copy of your employment contract.

No please.
Your VO will request for the PCC during your MR & RPRF.

It all depends on CIC. Usually they do.

Earlier you send, less the risk.

Yes I have read many cases like that in this forum.

Good luck!

I just received this application letter returned and i will type everything they said on this so that someone can help me.

"Note: Work Experience: It is important you provide us documentation supplying evidence to show that within the 10 years before the date on which your application was made, you have accumulated over a continous period, at least one year of full time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in the occupation you identified as your primary occupation, that is listed in Skill type 0 or skill level A or B of the national occupation classification. Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC, including all essential duties, for that period of employement. If your letter(s) does not provide us with this information, you will not meet regulation 10 of IRPA.

I am not sure if this relates to all my letters of employment or the one in relation to chosen primary occupation.

I have applied for FSW-PhD stream recently, and I put my ECA report from WES, unfortunately I forgot to send my transcripts and the copy of my certificate (BSc and MSc). After one week, I noticed that and I sent as additional documents. It is about 3 weeks.
I have sent email to CIO, if it is O.K by sending in two packages or not? No reply!!!
Does anybody have any idea as this is the last minutes for this type of application till Jan 1st?
As now they give file number late, I do not have any idea if my application is ok or should I apply again before the deadline without giving my package back.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion in advance

I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP you to give you time so you could RE-apply But for sure the seniors could confirm that ...!!

Hi my job letters do not mention the number of working hours /week but my job contract mentions that I was a full time employee with my company. IS that sufficient or has any one received a rejection for this specific reason????

I don't think that will be a problem. Relax and wait for the PER.

That's very sad news indeed. I'd suggest you to wait for the explanation letter to arrive to clear about the exact reason. 5125 isn't a ineligible NOC. There must went something seriously wrong. Just wait for the returned application. By the way, did you write your Noc code wrongly in generic form? I am wondering why they did returned. Anyway, be patient, everything happens for a good reason.
