when did they confirm this...also was the mode CC or DD as DD takes more time..

They confirmed last week..consultants told me to wait till end of Jan to know the results...I am nt sure on whether it was CC or DD.

Don't believe every word what your consultants tels you.

Now a-days there exists few or none consultants who work honestly.

Thank you Yameen...But i thought i should share information as i thought it is authentic.. These consultants are handling my case and they have no reason as such to lie...Rest is upto others to decide ..I was just sharing info...Nobody can predict how the CIC works.

Yes, I think they wont work on Sundays. We will start receiving probably after 10-12 Hours as it is monday office hours in Canada.

You should not worry. If rejected for any reason, then candidates will receive the mail by now. Please check the Dec 2nd Candidate, who got the mail stating the reason for rejection.

No Yousuf, charging is not stopped but currently we are witnessing the charging based on NOC instead of FIFO. As of now, CIC has become irreverent and charging on haphazardly to random NOCs, this is my take.

Pls check ur limit to use internationally

My application reached on 17th Nov under 2172 NOC( Visa office is New Delhi) and it is yet to be charged (payment mode is CC) and neither I have got my packet back. I am 100% sure of sending the correct documents as I verified it more than 3 times before sending. From the SS, I see under this NOC, ppl have been charged till 19 Nov. I have verified from my CC bank that international

s are open on my CC and no transaction came in past 1 week ( no rejections happened).

What can be the possible reasons for no charging till now. is it that not only the as per the date but according to location also the CC getting charged...Should I consider end of the journey ( although not sure of the reasons) ?? Is there a possibility of CC charging this week..?? Anyone else in the same boat ?

Appreciate your responses and help ASAP....

Hi Yogita,

I am from Mumbai, initially went though ABHINAV Consultants in Khar and had the worst experience. They tell you correct info cause you can double check it online, but they are very slow and because of them my application got delayed by 2 months. So i decided to send the application myself.

Also my complaint with them was that they told me information in steps so i had to go running back to them every time. I did my research and sent the file myself or else they would have delayed it by another month.

I am also in the same boat as you, application received at CIO on the 21st of Nov, my NOC is 2281. My payment mode is DD so i have no option but to wait. Completeness check for NOV applications have been finished in DEC. So we are bound to get charged soon!

My 2 cents: Hold on to your horses and wait until FEB 20 to get a email from CIC regarding PER or NER. Good Luck!!

you can login to your account and view the pending charges. A transaction stays in the pending queue for around 3 days before appearing in your statement as a charge. If the pending charge is not visible or unavailable for your account type then you have to call the bank to find out if there are any pending charges on your account.
