Do not worry. Your card will be charged soon. Lets hope for the best.

Rather than Checking online, Call them and ask your total available balance and any pending transactions which is about to be posted. Because it will take 3 days atleast to appear in the statement. But they will immediately block the transaction amount against your card limit.

Thanks Mate.. I have already checked from my CC bank about what you mentioned before posting my query :(... The wait is killing and unsure of the reasons of no CC charge yet..

which consultancy and did you verify how did they check that..we see a lot of people being charged for NOC 2172 having application received date in Nov mid...

It seems charging stopped, no news is coming for any kinda charge (CC or DD), hope it is creating another wave of fresh charging era of November applicants.

Ashish,

They are immigration consultants in Mumbai...they told me that one of their client's 2172 application CC/DD got charged and they have filed their application 1 month prior to mine i.e. Oct 2014.

Now a-days there exists few or none consultants who work honestly.

Please share latest CC and DD charging dates.
I applied for NOC 3012 on November 24, which got capped and than I sent another application for NOC 3011 which reached December 22. I am expecting that my initial file will get returned. Any budy have an idea that when should I expect return of my initial file?

when did they confirm this...also was the mode CC or DD as DD takes more time..
