Any sept applicant for NOC 2173 have received returned file from CIC? I am Sept 9 and waiting and waiting and waiting...

Please share latest update on NOC 2173 which could be helpful to Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec applicants.

2171 was already capped on 2nd/Sep, so I think your husband's application should be returned.

You use CC or DD for the payment? If CC, then you should check what happened, as NOC 2172 already charged till 11/26 applicants.
Simply answer your question, yes, your application falls in FSW 2014/5/1 category, not EE.

Same here.. Some August end applicant on the forum said that their file is returned already, just wanted to check whether Sept applicant files are started to return or not.. Being october candidate, I think you have to wait pretty long to get your file back..
