Hi, I am an applicant of august for noc 2171, I have no idea what is the status of my application?, I have checked in this forum that many applicant who are in the same dates around 26-27 august have already recieved the per. I had send a mail to CIC also asking for status but no reply till date.My DD is also not yet encashed. I have discussed with one of the member in forum who is from same NOC 2171 bur he is from USA, his application recieve that is exactly the same as mine, he has recieved per in last week of december just before the holiday season started at canada. I have no idea where it's going. My application has not been returned also.Any help or suggession will be appreciated from any member. Thanks.

2171was capped on 20th of nov not 2nd of Sept.
From where did u get this date ?

returned cause its capped or cause something else
as per CIC web site the Noc Was Capped on Nov.

The last CC charged was from sept 2 applicant. You can also see that Optimist3 reported his application (sept 3) was sent back due to cap fill on jan 10 if I'm Correct
 
can you please let me know the name of the merchant that is linked to the charge? my bank wants this info to ensure that they allow the transaction to pass.

Any applicant who has applied for NOC 2173 in September last week got his application back from CIO ? Or any reply to mail requesting for application status or UCI ? :( :-[
 
I just got a reply from cic . I am 2171 applicant and my app reached on 16th sep .
They have returned my application on 26th Nov . Reason cited is cap reached for 2171 .
 
Hi friends......I am a new joinee to this forum.
I am December 9th Applicant. I have two questions.
1) My NOC is 2172, what are my chances of making it to the cap?
2) I resigned from my job on 3rd of November as a Database Administrator, but upon my request my Team Lead issued me a reference letter on 17th of November with my job duties and responsibilities. However, he mentioned that I am still working with the organization, but the fact is, I resigned it on 3rd of November and mentioned it on all the Immigration forms and also attached my resignation acceptance letter. Will it cause any problem?

I am too tensed, and will greatly appreciate your responses.
