Hi , there is no separate CC charge details for any NOC.. the CC charge/PER is in general for all NOCs. Latest CC charged is 27th July.

When we say latest DD encashed is 11th July. Does it mean that communication email has been received today or, DD got encashed today (i.e. checked with the bank)?

Can seniors confirm please?

My Application most probably would reach CIC - NS Office in the first week of December '14.
I am applying under NOC - 2171. Understood nobody can provide the exact figure for the Cap and when it gets filled, but based on Your expertise and discussion with the other key members in the forum can definitely provide me some lights, I believe.

IELTS Done
Spouse IELTS Exam Scheduled for 22nd Nov '14.
Expertise - Subject Matter Expert - Windows & VMware.

is there any possibilities for my Application to fit in this Year's Cap for 2171, else any other Codes that I can apply for ?

I would be grateful if You could provide me some Advise on this, Please

Hi,

One thing to clear. The CIC Publish Count of 2171 is 348 which are not the current date count. These counts refer to June or July applications. Currently CIC evaluating application completeness check of Mid or end of July. These count reflect when application complete the completeness check or when you assign the file number against your application.

For NOC 2171 capped around Sep end or Oct mid or end (This is just an estimate based on senior member and by analyzing the Spread Sheet data).

I would suggest you to gear up for Express Entry 2015

OR

Alternative NOC to which you can apply are

1- 2172 - Safe NOC (If you have some experience in DB administration and DB)
2- 2282 - Safe NOC but not so far so apply ASAP (If you have some experience in Computer Networking)

So please make sure if you choose alternative NOC your Job Duties should match atleast 70% to 80% with the above NOC Duties.

Job title doesn't count as your job duties are match with their NOC.

Ganesh go for Express Entry, its better option at this point of time as CIC website has not been updated since oct 9th and 348 is for 1st week of July.
