Guys one question

Why has the Indian visa office not issued even one PR . From the spreadsheet I can see that the maximum PR applications are logged to the India Visa Office . On an average how long does it take for india visa office to issue PR???? I can see that other countries have already started issuing.???!!! Medical and PCC requests have been placed and the same has been submitted. But still no action from VO!!!

I did not doubt the authenticity of the info that you provided. Was only worried if the post of 28th August shared by some other forumite was authentic..:)(as Shashank mentioned) ...u have been a great source of valuable info ....thanks

please en-light me on whether I need to get "True Copy" Attestation from any gazetted officer on the Xerox copies that we be providing as per the check list.

Also, Can some one provide me the sample of covering letter needs to provide along with my application

Hi, you are not expected to attest photocopies of your documents except for translation of documents originally not in English or French.

You are not required to send cover letter with your application, it is not listed in the Document Checklist and so, not necessary. All the best.

I can see some 1st week in October making it under NOC 2173.

Based on your answer I have lost all hope of my application getting accepted. So assuming only 2173 candidates till oct 1st week are accepted, will they return the other 2173 files quickly or will it still take that standard amount of time even though there is no chance of acceptance?

Hi. I have applied for FSWP 2014 and my application is in progress. I am single. I am little worried about after landing situation. How to search for relevant job? How to live there? Where to find home country community?

Little Background: I am graduate of country's top most university and doing well.

As relatives/people over there are of the view that things are quite difficult over there.
Seniors please guide.
