I was very unfortunate.. my IELTS result out on July end and my agent took almost 1.5 month to complete the application wherein my 90% document were ready by July end. Moreover i had to left the country due to client visit in UK. My family did great job to complete the application but it was unfortunate that I missed the train by wick..

Not sure.. I am not hopeful for applications after mid Sep.. I am 25th Sep applicant..But feels only Aug is safe.

Need advice urgently.

My over 7 years experience cut across Application development and database development and management. I mean from previous and current experience (4 of them). I have ref letter to this effect.
My title reflect Dev mostly though.

Need expert and experience advice please! 2172?

You need to choose the NOC that is most reflected in your experience letters to accumulate maximum roles and responsibilities described in the Canadian official description of such NOC code.

2173 Aug 19 application returned. Did not fall in cap of 1000. Received package back.

I know this is real bad news for many. Sorry. Lets do it early next time.

Reading some posts on this forum, I find I have the impression that many people here think Express Entry is going to be straightforward, like if we missed the cap in FSW we will apply in EE and that will surely work...does anyone really know for sure if EE IS in fact straightforward and attainable??

Hope you're right!

EE is more competitive ..... THEY will invite you to apply ONLY if they THINK you are POTENTIAL added value to their work market.
SO they gain more control, you lose it. Now, you control when to apply, make sure you are early enough to fall in cap , ..etc.
In EE, it is a black box you do not know the criteria inside or whether they even opened your filled profile

We are getting all kinds of contradicting reports, ie. a 4 sep applicant was returned due to incompleteness.
