Yeah looks like its gonna return back as I checked with bank CC hasn't been charged as yet. Did your friend mention what was in the clarification in the refusal letter came along?

If I'm not wrong, the user is optimist3. It was due to CAP full

If its the same applicant you mentioned, this is the only candidate reported, correct me if I am wrong. I read it somewhere another candidate mentioning they are not returning applications neither have they encashed the CC. This is confusing.
