Attention NOC-2171 People

One of my friends who is not on the forum filed his application for NOC-2171.His application was received on 04-September-2014.
Couple of days back he received email from his bank (HDFC) that his DD has been en cashed but the bank has not confirmed DD encashment date. Al tough no PER yet. Will update here if he gets further information.

I am sharing this for the benefit of other guys who are waiting from same NOC .

My 2173 app received on 22 Aug has been returned back due to cap fill, and many other apps after 12 Aug have been returned as well.

If SKumar's record is true (on the SS he did not specify any job offer), we should all sue CIC about this.

Does he have job offer?

Then when my Aug 22 application is returned with cap filled reason

We need some confirmation before we believe in this.
1. If PKS0884 can recheck and confirm it is 2171 or 2172, my strong feeling is it is 2172.
2. Weather friend of PKS0884 is having any job offer from Canada.

If non of these then there is some hope for Sep applicants of 2171.

Anyone got App return due to CAP filled. as the global spreadsheet says that there are no charges on 2173 post august

have we found 447 Apps between Nov 9th till Nov 22nd in any SS, Global SS or from any other source, bcoz as on Nov 9th it was 553 for 2171 this was till aug 28th, so till Nov 22nd it was 1000 and they have completed completeness check for the remaining 447 Apps which includes Sept and Prob Oct, if people say Nov 22nd was the last they charged where are the 447 Apps i dont even find atleast 10% like 50 Apps in any of the SS or any other source for 2171, they are focuing first on charging august n prob sept 2nd was one off, charging will presume...

Hi,I am an applicant of FSWP 2014,I had despatched my documents on 22nd august,I have applied under NOC 2171.But I am yet to get any reply from CIC regarding the PER file,I have checked with my bank also,the DD is still outstanding in the system.I am very worried,no idea what is going on.Do you guys have any update on this.

I already have UCI number as I applied for Canada in Past also. I am using my that UCI number to check my ECAS status.
