Hi This is great news Congrats.. Just curious to know how did u get the NER Turn into PER ? What happened exactly? Did u hire a lawyer ? I have never heard a NER getting changed to PER .. JUst curious if you can share?

Thank you. Actually, I got exactly 67 points in the assessment. Bt unfortunately, one of the super officer calculated it as 66 points and sent me the NER email stating that I havnt met the req points.

I sent an email requesting for re-evaluation, they responded for that email after 3 months, mentioning that your email will be forwarded to the concerned officer. After 1 week or so i received PER email. I thought of approaching a lawyer bt i didnt.

Even i am shocked. Bcoz i lost all my hopes. 144 days passed. Its a great twist for me.

Hi @ esttycan14, how r u ? hop u remember me. 3 months back i posted regarding my ner ie. on 11th march '15. Lost all my hopes and after 141 days ie. on 29th July '15 i got PER email from cic.

Now again the wait starts..........

We applied under the same NOC -0112, our application was received by CIC on November 18,2014.Our Medical was done in May 2015 but have not heard after that.

Following is my timeline ;

Noc - 0112
App submitted - 24 oct 2014
Visa office - Warsaw
per - 22th jan 2015
SLU - process started 9th april 2015
medical request- 13th april 2015
Medical done - 24th april 2015
Tlu - 1st week of May 2015
Interview - waived by gods grace
Dm - still waiting
PPR - Waiting

My question is whats the maximum time it can take after tlu update to have DM or PPR, as i have completed nearly 3 months from TLU.
Please provide your opinion.
Note - I have 3 PCC that are submitted with RPRF (india, qatar, uk)

If there are any groups of 0112 noc plz add my number given below
