My application was received on 19th December and DD was encashed on 11 Feb and got my PER on 5th March

Kindly guide me next steps i.e AOR / MR ???

Please friends, anyone with returned letter from cic proving NOC 0112 is capped please share. Most of us from late December are speculating that cap might have been filled up. But to be sure please any cic letter will help clear this doubt. Thanks friends!

It takes around 2 months to get the file back. No one will be able to provide you the letter. Please call CIC and clear your doubts. Around four 0112 applicants have already confirmed file has been returned due to cap.

My dear, I used a consultant, David Cohen. I have asked of this from them but they said no responds of such yet from cic. Since they are representing me I will keep calling them to find out the true position.

David Cohen is a reputed consultant and an expensive one too. He is surely liable to give you the correct feedback

It has been confirm that many of files on 24th dec has been returned due to cap filled and some has been accepted. later 24 files has been or will be return (God Forbid).
