Hi, if your company won't issue the reference letter in CIC format 4 collect what they will give then get the correct reference letter on plain paper from your supervisor or Senior colleague. Attach this person's call card to the letter and you're set. Send both letters with your application. All the best.

Hi, I just got on to this forum and need some urgent help. I just had my 0112 Application returned by the CIC this afternoon quoting that it does not meet the requirements of the IRPA Regulation 10 and specifically stating there's a a problem with the paperwork I provided as proof for my work experience. I have over 10 years of work experience and submitted experience letters from all my previous employers, although I guess the format did not comply. I noticed you mentioned CIC Format 4 in your above post - please can you share where I could find this format or share the link...I'm intending to get all the paperwork done again ASAP.

I'd be really grateful.
