Please advice,

I have doubts regarding my Employer Reference letter and my experience in HR as a whole

a) I have 2 years and 11 months experience in HR as a Generalist- AM I Eligible for 0112 code??.
b) I was working till November 2012 and now on sabbatical (baby break) - will that be an issue??
c) I have a reference letter from my employer on a Company letter head.

PLEASE ADVICE IF THIS LETTER WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID (roles & responsibilities wise) UNDER 0112.
Its says-
Managing HR information system-payroll and employee records, statutory compliance and employment laws, handling employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to exit, probation reviews etc, handling leave management system, resolving employee queries, and general disputes...

These things are basically listed in (5) points...also it has details on my tenure, pay package and hrs of working and designation and is dated July'2013.
Would this letter be OK to go ahead with......PLEASE ADVICE.

Please note: I have one more letter with detailed Roles and responsibilities but that doesn't have a date on it and more over it doesn't say number of hrs worked and anything about pay...
Please guide me through

"Human resources managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, collective bargaining, training and development, occupation classification and pay and benefit administration. They represent management and participate actively on various joint committees to maintain ongoing relations between management and employees"

Would this letter be OK to go ahead with......PLEASE ADVICE.-Add this lead statement to the ref letter but rephrase the lead statement and never copy word for word please

Can I know about my previous query on form IMM 0008 3e.
There is not enough space to state my designation also can I state for main duties please refer attachment 1,2, 3 etc...

That means I would have to request for a fresh letter from my employer...that's little tricky but no harm in trying I hope I get one easily...Worst case if I dont, is there any alternative to this document??.

Secondly.. regarding Birth Certificates... Mine and kids BC are in Hindi ...do we have to go through some Translation agencies ONLY or some Notarised Affidavit with the Translation done by an advocate will do??....PLEASE ADVICE

One more thing- is it required to submit pay stubs or Form 16 and the appointment letters copy etc for all the years of experience that we are claining in our application or only the employer's reference letter with the details like pay details and designation etc is sufficient...I read somewhere that is it optional ...please guide ...THANKS

Hi everyone, I am also applying for the HR 0112. I just sent my application yesterday. However I just discovered that the credit card requirement is that it should be valid for at least 9 months after submission . Unfortunately mine would expire March 2015. As it takes three months for cc to be charged, do you think this would be a problem. If so what can I do to rectify it. Ur kind advice is needed. Thanks

Dear Members,

I send my documents to WES on Nov 7 from Hyd through a registered Post and I was told it will be received by WES with in 8-10 days. Now its been 14 days and yet not delivered to WES.

I have tracked it and I understand its with Customs for review. Now the clock is ticking and I am desperate about applying under the current system since EE will favour those with an offer and in my view it will be tough to get a job offer without landing there especially for an NOC like our's.

Since I already have IELTS, employer letter and other documents ready and if luck favors me and I get WES report at my door by 20th Dec and I immediately courier the documents to CIC say the next day, now keeping Christmas hush in mind and other factors like closure of 2014 FSWP program etc....DO I HAVE ANY CHANCES TO GET A SEAT IN THE 2014 TRAIN...

Pleaseeeeee members let me know what you all think....I am caught up in this miserable sad feeling all the time ...Pour In Some Thoughts...thanks

choose courier over registered post. I think u will be in cap. no one knows for sure that current system is going to be closed in dec. it might be close in April as mentioned before. try tracking and make sure that it reaches fast.
