Hi Mandeep,

Do not chase them frequently. they will take their own time and revert with the status.

10 months approx it will take for whole process keeping in mind that your documents are ok. be patient..

i had applied in Oct and got MR / RPRF email today...so december files would move in June - July i guess...

Thanks for this hope Kamal, I have met one consultant in Ludhiana and they said all the files are coming back and I should go for express entry. So I am bit confused.
Please advise.

Any hope for December files yet? I have tried Calling CIC, but everytime I get busy tome as their customer care executives are busy and not getting any information from them?
Can anybody help if there are chances still or should I go for Express entry?

Hi Bro,

It is hard but reality is CIC capped all NOC on 29-Dec. After 29-Dec none of application has been accepted. As I understand your file was reached there on 31-Dec, so I don't think you are in the FSW race.

I suggest to apply through EE without delay single day.

I submitted the passports on the 14th of May and they reached vfs office on the 26th May. Pretty soon! as per my expectation.
