FSW 2014 Filling up application package

Dear All


I am filling up forms in application package , CIC suggests that you should not to leave any section blank even if that section is not applicable write N/A . What is happening is that some of the questions when you reply your answer comes as NO and when your answer is NO in certain cells the form become dark with grey shade . And once it is grey in color you cannot write anything . neither you can write N/A , in such situation what do you have to do . Do you leave it as it is ?? ...
