Yeah. We have all been waiting. More detail on your timeline will be helpful!

Until today I had the standard line updates....

Permanent Residence:

1. We received your application for permanent residence

2. We started processing your application on

3. We received your medical results

Now today line 3 has been replaced by the following..."We sent you correspondence on ****. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required". ....and then line 4 is the previous line three.....We received your medical results

I was looking forward for DM in line 4.....but seems....More waiting with an extra spin to it.....and I am seeing on this thread some guys are going even up to line seven.

My last updates.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 20, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on April 16, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

My Medicals were received on May 20, 2015.
I received an email requesting Copy of Biographical page of new passport for me on Jun 12, 2015.

After that no news at all. I requested GCMS NOTES and shows (APPEARS RFV) on August 08, 2015.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 1, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on December 31, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
5. We sent you correspondence on September 11, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Hmmm ....., FWIW, I did not (and do not still) have a line 4 at all. Just the "Decision Made" status on the main page. My last line is "medical results have been received"

It looks like there is a good deal of variation from officer to officer, in the way they update ECAS!!

True. Plus when I first joined the forum couple of months ago, somebody told me that very few applicants receive Decision Made Line 4 update before PPR. Not sure how accurate this was but Line 5 is just PPR in my case. And now we see all sorts of lines being added to ECAS. I guess as long as they complete 2014 FSW soon, it doesn't matter how many lines we get.

Looks like your time line is same like mine with the exception of line 5 of yours is my line three and my line 4 now inicates medical received which was initially in line 3 of mine.....Therefore my last line still is medical received. I am now hoping that since they have activated my ecase by at least updateing a line then soon I should expect a DM line which eventually should be my line 5....Like you said all this I think depends with the case officer working on the file

It's showing on Paper File section.

On location says FSW - APPEARS RFV.

That's odd. If you already had DM...what were they requesting in the 9/11/15 correspondence? Your Passport?

Yes. As I had mentioned previously. I got Decision Made update before PPR. Line 5 is request for Passport as you suspected.

I already got 5 lines.Lot of confusion.

Hello Mr.AT,

I also got exactly same '5' lines in ECAS, looks like they are now working on pending Oct applicants.

Lets hope and pray to god that we soon hear some good news as well each and every FSW 2014 applicant.
