I wonder whether the other guys who have already got MR submitted the PCC with application at first?

I don't think so.
I've submitted my PCC from the beginning and still no sign for MR :/

Hi guys! I'm in the shock! I just got the golden email - Ready for visa (PPR)! I cannot believe... Is it truth? Checked ECAS nothing new, in process and 3 lines.

Congrats ! Super-fast ! You received RFV 3 days after 3rd line and just 17 days after your actual medical exam !!

This is your timeline I got from your previous post:

"MR - 1st June
Med's done - 2nd June
3rd line in ECAS - 16th June

Dr used eMedical system."

A quick question: are we seeing SLU first or emails for MR first? If emails come first, may be I should not even bother checking eCAS.

earlier ..like lets say a 1-2 months back ..emails used to come first and then the Line updates but now..the line updates are coming first and then the emails..since its taken so much time so no idea if it would be a line update or an email that would come first in our case..so its better to keep on checking both ..

Do you know usually when does the ECAS change?
CIC website says it is on Tuesday.
And my first line was updated in the morning of Wed., also my address was updated in the morning of Wed. too. So I guess it is often updated during the night :
Does that mean if the ECAS does not change in the morning, it may not change during that day?

i have no idea when do they update..perhaps anyone else who has taken a note of it can throw some light on it ..!!
