Actually I got PPR today, just a few minutes ago.

I wish everyone here MR, PPR, visa stamped and great life in Canada for people who are already PR.

Seniors.
I was planning to buy the return tracker from canada post but I am confused about the mailing address.
I don't live anymore at the address they have on record at cic. Plus all my email communications with cic are through my visa consultant.
So now can I include any other address where I want the passports delivered. Or does it have to be the one on their record.
I am traveling to USA from India this Sunday for 40 days and planning to send passport to cic on Monday.
Please advise this is confusing.

hello Diplo Bro, hope you are doing good. searched you on the forum and found you here to give you an update.

Im still to get my third line(its been 51 days today)..another friend of mine with same case waiting since 62 days.

i have booked tickets to Toronto for 2nd August via student visa....really hopeful i get PR in India itself..

just perplexed how are they going to match up the previous medicals...just wanted to hear your two cents...

And I feel that I owe it to this forum to share my timeline, you will find it below as copied from the ECAS:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on October 2, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on March 3, 2015.

3.Medical results have been received. (This was updated in April 11)

4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. (This was updated in May 14th)


PER was in January 13th, RPRF and MR were on 3rd and 4th of March, I received ready for visa email yesterday (May 14th).
And as soon as I checked my ECAS it was changed to Decision Made, and a 4th line was present.


Really thank you all for your active, meaningful and trustworthy comments and discussions.
And most of all thanks for taking time out to support others.
