Concerning the issue of PPR, sending your passport to CPC would be best, but I know that India's law does not allow passport to be sent out of its country. What people usually do is write an email to CPC attaching the new delhi office email, asking for visa to be stamped there at new delhi....I have also heard of an indian guy who sent his passport from USA straight to CPC and visa was issued and passport successfully delivered to him.

Hey your second case is the easiest ...go for the project with the US company if I were you (make money and don't come here broke )...You still have atleast one year from your date of medical when you receive your PR visa...If you are uncomfortable, you could as well do your landing and then go back to the US...depends on what suits you...

I just hope I receive the PPR soon that way it do not clash with my timing to travel to US.

regarding the second case it is a business Visa so I wont be making any money while in USA other than the $1500 allowance which do not cut anything. and it will be only for a month or two.

Guys, i need your opinion on something. Can i present a scanned bank cert to the immigration officer when i land?

What if i just make my bank account here in Canada which I opened last March 2014 to amount to CAD$12, 000? I currently have $6,000. I will borrow another $6,000 from my friend here. Would that be ok? Will the immigration officer question that suddenly $6000 was added to my account?

Im sorry for the long question. Im just confused on what to do.. :/

You have a whole year from MR to Land , Why don't you wait till you have the requested amount before you land ?

My Xpressport USA tracker got activated on 04/22 and it is still showiing that the package is in customs waiting for clearance. My package is expected to be delivered on Saturday. I do not believe USPS delivers packages on Sunday.

The consent must indicate the name of the person giving his or her consent and to whom consent is being given. The consent document must be dated and signed by the person giving the consent.

You must include the consent for each individual listed in your file over the age of 18.

You may submit up to three (3) documents, but only one (1) is mandatory.

That's what VFS is for.

If you have received notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, your passport along with the passport request letter may be submitted through the Canada Visa Application Centre of your choice.
Please note that there will be a Service Charge for the above services. The details can be obtained here.

How to submit your passport:

Once you receive notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, you can submit the passport and that passport request letter:

In person/ through an authorized representative at the CVAC

To retrieve your passport, you have the choice of;

1. Picking up the passport in person or through an authorized representative at the CVAC ; or;
2. Courier returns facility. The passport will be returned back to the specified home or office address via courier.

The Passport Transmission Services offered by the CVACs will enable you to;

1. Get your passport delivered to the CVO in a timely and safe manner.
2. Track the status of your passport by using the Tracking tool on the CVAC website

yes the delay was due to FBI PCC. Once I submitted the FBI PCC, the next steps were completed in about 4 - 5 weeks.
