Good news and I can't contain this JOY. Its too much and what can I say!

My God have been faithful, gracious and kind. Never thought I would have the opportunity for FSW1 for me and my family.
But now the journey is almost complete. Yesterday, I got the Ready For Visa email and this morning my ECAS was updated to Decision Made.

In this forum, you guys rock. I have enjoyed every bits. One thing is clear, we will all get there guys. Your RFV is coming.

Besides Passports, are we also required to send passport photos? Nothing like that in my email. What do you think?

Hello gus,i'm from egypt and i got my per on 19-2-2015 but for some security reasons the visa office in my country is closed and my file has been transferred to cpc ottawa visa office for processing
My question is:
1-There is any chance to my file to be sent to my country visa office when it begins working again or ottawa will continue processing till the end.
2-how could they make verification for my documents and my job as the arabic is the only language in my job?!!
3-when could i expect receiving medical ad a maximum?

CPC Ottawa will review the file till the end and they can verify through emails if needed
usually MR takes from 30 to 60 days from PER

Hi guys, I am planning to submit passports tomorrow.what would be the average turnaround time of ottawa office to retun passports back with visa stamp.

Are you sending by courier or regular post ? The PPR email states that courier is only for Canadian address and for outside Canada , it is regular mail.

Btw received PPR yesterday

I am planning to send through courier to their address.....Now credit card is getting declined on canada post website to purchase return label...its asking for canada address and CC address is US....did anyone else face the same issue??

ok now its getting on my nerves. All the US credit cards are failing to buy canada post for return label of PPR. Can you guys please suggest any other alternative .

Yes.. I had previously mentioned in my post. I made it work and it was tricky
Just change the address line. and City to your billing address. The Provice and zip code can be somewhre in Canada.

I know i am shifting gears and asking a stupid question, but for people who are in canada, when you get your passport stamped with PR visa and get COPR, do you need to go and meet the border immigration officer? Question arise from the fact that we are already inland applicant and the PR visa stamped is valid for one year?

The instructions will be in the CoPR. You have two options either go to the boarder to land or land at CIC office in downtown but by appointment only.

i have tried this...its not working...still authorization failure....i have also read in previous posts about sending USPS return label. Will that be okay????

I was also facing same issue with Credit card. Then I used my debit card and it went thru.

Used Address in Line 1 and left city as Ottawa, ON, K1A1L1.

Hope it will work for u.

unfortunately i dont know anyone in canada but finally one CC worked... we cant use paypal on canadapost...only visa master and amex...thank you
