I got my friend in Canada to send me a prepaid return shipping label through mail.
There is no other way.

I had a friend send me a prepaid Xpresspost USA envelope instead of a label. it was little expensive because my friend had to mail the envelope to me. Prepaid mailing label would be economical.
I thought, heck, I spent like $4000 for the whole PR process and didn't mind to spend additional $20 to get the envelope.
CPC received my passport today signed by same guy "Duguay".

Yes I am an Indian Passport Holder. I just followed the instructions sent in PPR request.. Since I live in USA they mentioned to send it to CPC-Ottawa.
Yes I did put as "Passport" in my customs form

Hello Rathna

Congratulations.

how did you buy the prepaid label from canadapost. I did a trial run, it is asking for billing address in canada?

please advise.

Has anyone received COPR (CPC Ottawa) so far from FSW 2014 applicants? If so, how long did it take? Wish everyone all the best with PPRs and COPRs! Hope everybody gets them soon!

Friends,

I need your advice.

I have applied on may 29th and I got PPR for that.(VO - CPC-O, NOC 2132)
I also sent second application and I got PER on Jan 5th 2015 (VO: New Delhi, NOC 0911)

If I withdraw my application, can i get the refund?
New Delhi office has not started processing my second application yet...!

I have got 2 references from CIC website states that: The fees will be refunded only if we have not started processing your application.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=613&t=4

I am planning to send Email to Delhi office to withdraw my application.

Do you think we will get refund in such circumstances?

Thanks in advance.

You will not get refund for your application now. Getting a PER essentially means that CIC has started processing your application. So you can withdraw your application but won't get refund.

I send mine through UPS (from USA) and it reached today. It was signed by "DUGUAY". In the contact number I put mine number so that they contact me for any concern and I am immediately available.

For buying XpressPost USA, I temporarily changed my address of credit card to Canadian address and reverted it back after making the purchase. I had to call Credit card customer care to make the change as it won't take Canadian address on website.

Finally, I got my address changed in ECAS, 13 days after I sent change of address email to CPC. . I sent the passports today and it should be delivered to CPC by 12:00PM.

My children have dual citizenships ( two passports) and I sent their US passports( not their second passports which needs a visa to enter Canada) along with parents passports( parents need visa to enter Canada) to CPC. would they get a stamp on US passports or just COPR? I provided both passport info when I applied to FSW

When we completed the medical examination, the US passport info was in the doctor office system so I assumed CPC have US passports info as primary passport.

Seniors please share your ideas?

Congrats. No counterfoils will be stamped in visa-exempt PPs.

Thanks. What do you mean by " counterfoils" ? is it the same as COPR

I have same question as you. I am worried now looking at trends in the spreadsheet. I am May 22nd Applicant. My FBI PCC reached Jan 5th and waiting for PPR. Rest everything is done. I know of someone in the forum (Vijay I think) whose FBI PCC reached Dec 30th and he got his PPR on Jan 8th/ 9th.

Is there a reason of worry that PPR is delayed? ???

I did not need to send PCC as sent with application. And I'm may 26th applicant and still waiting, im not sure how the process works when some from June and July have PPR?
