Can anybody suggest me on it?

I just applied under phd stream one month ago. No CC charged or nothing happened yet. Suddenly I found my foreign credential was missing from the main package so I send another envelop with all certificates and a letter of explanation(I mentioned UCI in my letter). Now I am not sure if they will merge it with my main application or not. I just want to make sure. So, Im planning to email them with scan copy of all certificates.

Is it a good idea? If I want to email them what is the correct email address: CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca. is it? I am concerned because I still have no file number. But I have UCI. So, they can track me easily. I am in Canada for last 2 years under study permit.

Please suugest or say your opinion.

thanks.

Where did u sent mail of ur study credentials..? Everything should be forwarded to CIO NS ... As they do completeness check ... Even if u want to send it by email now forward it to CIO NS and don't forget to mention that u also sent same thing via mail including tracking no and date of delivery in ur email.

Adding document like that is truly based on ur Luck ... So Good Luck be positive and Pray

When did you send the case specific inquiry?

I sent an inquiry two weeks ago and they replied a couple of days ago confirming that they received the RPRF receipt only, but not the medicals. So after arguing with the doctor, I managed to get the e-Medical information sheet and I sent it to CPC-O. I'm hoping they'll acknowledge the receipt of the information sheets and update the eCAS.

In their reply, did they confirm that is nothing pending on your part?

Yes I send those to Sydney. In this case email is: cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca
am I right?

Why do you mention about luck? Isn't it normal to receive documents from applicant in this way? Yes I have one problem that I havn't get my file number but my UCI is enough to track me.

Thanks for your answer. I hope everything will be okay.

No. This is what they said:

"We hereby acknowledge receipt of your email. Your file has been updated with the RPRF document that you have provided to us."

No one knows, CPC-O has not sent any PPRs since late October

To be honest, this sounds worrying. If you can also go yourself and "tip" the doctors secretary , she can reupload your results again.

CPC-O sent an MR yesterday, seems they are working this week till Wednesday. Hope this means something good for the PPRs we are waiting for

Is there any way to contact CPC Ottawa asking them why they stopped sending PPR and when do we expect them .
There must be explanation about this specially other offices like ND are working and people receives PPR
