I think cpc-ottawa is very busy issue visas to CEC people. One can look at their thread. Everyday CEC people are getting PPR
Requests. Other VOs around the world do not have to deal with CEC people. So I suspect CPC_ottawa PPR request time have increased to 3-4 months after medical for FSW people

It seems you are true.
No other VO needs to deal with CEC.

In email I received from CPC-Ottawa office, I was asked to send RPRF payment receipt to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca.

However I did not get any auto reply. I waited for more than 2 weeks for my status to get updated.
So I googled and found CPCO-Cost-recovery@cic.gc.ca address.
I sent my RPRF to this address and I got auto reply.
Also auto reply email included CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca. address too.
Now waiting for status to get updated.

Thanks for the Information Nilesh.... I sent my e-mail on CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca. and I got auto reply after I sent my e-mail.

My Passport is still good for 1 year and 7 months... I was confused too as it was written " biographical page of new passport" and then it was written it must be valid for 6 months... ... So shall I renew my passport before sending ..??

Oh, just send the copy of the same old passport then. You still have enough time in your current passport except if your current passport is not an MRP. If it is MRP then fine, if not then you MUST make a new one. Non-MRP passports are no longer valid and that might be why you were asked to submit copy of a new one.

first time to post in here, i reeived my PER 25-sep and they sent me an email on 7-novemeber asking for working hours of my employment, i fed them with the details on 2-December and my current application shows

We received your application for permanent residence on June 2, 2014.

We started processing your application on December 3, 2014.

any idea on how long do i have to wait for me to have a visa and land?

You need to send an original PCC. So I am sure they have given you a physical address to send in your documents. YOu should send the receipt along with PCC together by mail. But, if you are waiting for PCC and want to submit the RPRF receipt right now then you can send it by email.
