Did you check what the delivery address of your package was? I mean the street address. was it 365 Laurier Ave west or 360 Laurier Ave west?

I sent the passports on January 9th, it was a Friday, received at CPC-O on Monday, January 12th. So it took one week exactly for CPC-O to issue visas and send out the passports.

Guys, I am yet to receive my passport with a visa, but I would like to know if driving to the closest border for landing is better than becoming a PR at a local CIC office. I am currently in Ottawa. I understand that to do it at the office I have to make an appointment. Does anyone know what are advantages of doing it from inside the country as opposed to coming from outside?

Check where? My package was couriered to the address provided in the email by CPC-O. I think it was 365.

I mean in your courier website by using the tracking number. The delivery address of my shipment was 360( someone signed for it) but the correct address is 365 and seniors in this forum say its CPC address.

Question:

I got my PPR. I'm curious if I ask them to the print the visa in the US, would the US Visa Office evaluate my application again, or would they just print the visa??

Nothing regarding my status has changed e.g. same address, job, am still single etc. I'm just curious if the US Visa Office could then take a fresh look at the documents and reject me? I don't mind the delay, but if there is a risk in this, I might consider sending my passport to Canada.

No, file is not going to be reviewed again. This would be huge waste of resources and personnel time and completely unnecessary. You will be authorized to get your visa stamped in a US office, that's all.

It was couriered by Canada Post, when I am checking my status it doesn't specify the address, only the person who signed it (Mr Cossette).

It seems like some applicant from July are getting PPR from CPC-ottawa but still lot of people from early May are waiting for PPR. How is CPC- ottawa working. Is there a different timeline from people applying from different countries. I am applicant from US.

which email address from which mr comes from cpc....
can i send my proof of mr before request to cpc via that email id??
