I got MR on 25 June, however till now my ECAS is "application received", is this normal? :-\

Hi agmaa, to be honest it is better to get MR than an update in eCAS. The eCAS updates seems to be agent dependent, some are better at updating eCAS than others. Who is your agent?

Thanks SLteacher, not sure about agent the signature has "EG00203" code, is it the thing that tells who the agent is? if yes, any clue about him\her?

Well the entire Immigration process of Canada is erratic, so any things possible for sure. lol

Nobody can forecast any damn thing because the way they operate!

You most definitely hit the nail on the head on that one!! If there is something that is very predictable about CIC, it has to be their extreme unpredictability!!

No one really knows how they operate internally and why some people get their files done in days and for others it takes several months (EVEN when the cases are virtually identical)

Right now it's been 22 days since they got my FBI PCC and still no word about my PPR.....and so now the waiting game begins for me too, I guess.

Another member of this forum in the EXACT same position as me (MR and TLU in late March/early April and only delayed because of FBI PCC), got their PPR in just a WEEK after their FBI PCC reached Ottawa. So, yes there is no method to this madness! ;D

Yeah waiting is tough... I am waiting for return tracker to be updated and trust me it's just the same to me as when I was waiting for PER, MR and then PPR.... It doesn't change until its over.... I hope you all get MR/PPR soon....

Just wondering if you called them and verified that they have received your PCC....

mine will be 3 weeks tomorrow since SLU which was June 25! I survived for 4 months of silence since PER so let's just shake it off!
