Thanks , might just take on the appeal .. having to get all the documents , like PCC etc again seems a pain in the behind . Will talk to a lawyer . see what they say .

The only item on the rejection letter is my work experience . I also didn't get point for adaptability even though i submitted my spouse's English test scores. There is a lot of things wrong with this rejection. Its weird I work in the one of the big oil companies in Houston and I am actually in the office right now. I am thinking of sending a CSE anyways with a new employment verification letter from HR

Keeping hope alive , Will fill you guys in on how it goes .

yes dude..thats seems like a good idea..going through the process again would be a big pain..just make a case ..talk to a lawyer ..preferably a canadian immigration lawyer ..and sent your documents so that your case can be re-considered.

That's true. That is the term used in the email. I wonder though if that is just the term used for the persons who work the cases. Seems odd that they'd assign a number like DA20220 to someone who just deals with correspondence. It almost seems like a badge number or something.

Mine is 99 days since PER but after the weekend it will be 101 days.
If its a long weekend it will be 102 days since PER.

Hopefully I get mine soon.
