i am so delighted to inform that I received the PPR request email... I have been waiting for so long, at least, CPC woke up and showering good wishes on us.

PPR received today just 2 hours back

I was just about to send my request for GCMS notes and guess what ........ GOT PPR!!!!! (email 10 mins ago - by the way it is 6:20 PM Ottawa time, are they still working??)

The following is just of the top of my head. (Sorry too crazy to look everything up at the moment)

App Received: May 5 2014
Payment Charged: July 23 2014
Medical Request: Sept 16 2014
Medical Done: Nov 5 2014
Medical Results entered in EMedical: Nov 13 2014
Medical Results Received: Nov 21 or Nov 24 2014 (Sorry I cannot remember. This is when the 2nd or 3rd line got updated)
(NOTE: My file was pending at this point of time because I did not submit the FBI PCC)
FBI PCC Received: Dec 18 2014
Email Reg All Docs Received: Dec 29 2014 (This was a funny email telling me all documents were received. I had not requested this though.)
Passport Request: Jan 8 2014 ;D 8)


P. S. I have been a bit sloppy in updating my timeline here in the forum and in the spreadsheet. I will do it later tomorrow or latest over the weekend I promise. I love you guys!!

I am happy to inform you that I have got PPR from CPC-O today(1/8/2015).

First of all, I want to say thanks to all my friends in the forum and forum members who helped me in the each and every stage of application process.
I am going update the SS today.

I wish all the members wating for PPR will receive soon.

Has anyone here received the PCC deadline extension?

There is no way I can submit the police certificate within 60 days, I already applied for it and expect to receive it within 80-90 days. Can anyone advise me how to apply for PCC extension? Do you know by any chance how long I can extend it? 30 days? 60 days? . . .

I too faced this problem. About 15 days before my deadline I emailed CPC-O for an extension. They responded a week later granting me the extension. I know someone here who asked CPC-O for an extension and they did not get back to him. At the end of Oct they did for me.

In the worst case i.e. you reach the last week before the end of your deadline, please do a Case Specific Enquiry. I know another person where the VO, not CPC-O did not respond to the email, but they responded to the CSE in 24 hours.

In case of CPC-O they give you 30 additional days. Some other VOs give 45 days.

what would be the expected time for DD cash. when i can expect first email from cic

i applied for NOC 2241

plz reply if anyone with same NOC

I am still waiting for my PPR ...My timeline is

E-CAS Started Processing : Nov 13th 2014
MR Done : Nov 20th 2014
MR Received : Nov 25th 2014
RPRF received : Dec 2nd 2014

I personally think they will not look at your file until the 60 day deadline i.e. your "bring forward date" - around the middle of this month. If they are free they may do it before, but after the "bring forward date" - and assuming there is no backlog, they would then consider your file.

Hi all,

Congrats to all who got 2nd line , MR and PPR wish all the best in your journey

I have observed that CPC-O takes 30 to 45 days from PER to send MR

I'm 11 Aug applicant got my PER on 02 Dec and on 17 Dec i got a reply on mail sent to CIO that my file transferred to CPC-O

Its now 40 days since PER and nothing received, no 2nd line and no employer verification, could you please advise when should i receive

anything from CPC-O?

My extension is till FEB 3 and i submitted FBI on OCT 2.....
