And if they need any documents or information - they will ask before file will reach Final Review...

and I think possibility of rejection is always but the father we go the smaller that possibility is ....

Just got off the phone with CIC agent and was informed that all documents have been received. My FBI PCC will not be available till mid-June (this is my third attempt to get them), so I had sent PCCs from the 4 states I have lived in the US. Along with the state PCCs, I also sent a letter stating that I will send FBI PCC once I receive it.

The agent would not confirm anything other than that all documents have been received. I guess I have to wait till at least mid-June before I hear anything.

I wish that you get your FBI PCC ASAP. Did FBI confirm the prints are good this time? And you can also prove CIC that same prints rejected @ FBI were accepted @ State!!!

I hope they will get your reward - RFV email - before you will get FBI PCC

I have a question regarding adding a spouse to a FSW 2014 PR application. Below is my timeline - I have gone through a reputed law firm and have done what they have advised.

Applied - Oct 23rd 2014
PER - Jan 26th 2015
Request for my PCC (india, fbi, rprf, MR) - Mar 13th 2015 (response required within 60 days)
My FBI, India PCC, RPRF receipt (sent)- April 9th 2015

Married - Dec 12th 2014
Sent Spouse Documents - Mar 30th 2015
Request for proof of Marriage from CIC and Spouse FBI PCC - April 7th 2015 (response required within 30 days)
Documents that prove Marriage received - April 29th 2015

Currently awaiting Spouse FBI PCC.


I have been advised by lawyer not to take MR till they process my wife's application - does any one here know how long they take to add spouse like this? Given my situation when can I expect MR for us both

Any insight into what the process is will be of great help.

It took 10 days in my case. I will suggest you to wait for a week or so.
