Hi Guys,

I'm unable to buy prepaid canadapost envelope for CPC to return my passports since I reside in US. CPC requested me to send some international prepaid envelope. Can I purchase the envelope from FedEx?

In fact, go to e-CAS and select Permanent resident card in the drop-down menu. Then entet your COPR# and other ID info.

A friend of mine is 4 November Applicant...sent his application from Cairo, Egypt.
His Credit Card was en cashed 7 January and received PER 30 January.
Till now he didn't get his MR.
what can he do ?

Nothing can be done now. Many of early November applicants are still waiting for MR. Insha Allah starting tomorrow CPC-O will shower MR and PPR on all of us

20 days passed since medicals were uploaded...Third line not yet updated!!!

Hospital confirmed uploading, still, CIC call centre officers are unable to see it on the system.

is that something I should worry about?!!

note: My medical letter had an IME number

Hi immigrantUSCAN just take your own car. they don't mind. I'm saying that from my personal experience
frankly, your license plate expires every year so in order to renew it you either go to USA & prove them you stay there or you have to switch your plates to Canadian (at which point you have to prove that you imported it). so if you are not going to take import your car eventually to Canada then don't worry. if your long term plan is to import car then I recommend to let customs know during landing

Here is my situation. I have a car that is financed (not leased but financed). I want to take my car during landing visit couple of places and come back to the US. But at this point of time I am not sure whether I want to take it later to canada or not. So Can I take my car with US plate, indicate that I may import it later but this time I am going back to US. Will it be OK. ??

nothing to worry--my medicals took almost 2 months to upload. Just be patient.

I wonder, why they don't offer any tracking. The GCMS file one guy ordered had all the stages of PR card processing (approved, sent into production, mailed, etc).

We have to wait patiently. I have seen somewhere in this blog that it took almost 4 months for a person.
