@Diplo im an inland applicant..can u please share me the link of a third party? i cant request directly on ATIP because it says if you're not pr or canadian citizen you're not eligible to request, and i dont have relatives here in canada though.

You are wrong. Select individual currently present in Canada and attach a recent bill as address proof.
Also kindly update your profile when your reach 10 posts.

I made it! i made an online request. i am using ipad right now, so cant attach documents, and it says its optional. Sure, I will when I got my 10th post. Thanks very much Diplo ;D

They will likely reject your request w/o proof of your presence in Canada.
