Guys,

I sent my passport to CPC-Ottawa on March 20. I think I've made a mistake, I did not quote the application number or UCI on the envolop, even though I added a copy of the "PPR" inside the package. Do you think that could cause any delays? Also, what is the general turn around time to receive passports after sending them for stamping?

first question not a mistake and delay atall...lol don't panic as long as that letter remains inside, if you are in Canada, you should receive 15 to 21days

nope, not a problem at all. They will sort it by looking at your PPR printout mail. I see 'Maryland' flag, so I assume you are in MD. You will get it back in 2 to 3 weeks(I am also in MD, and it took same time). Thanks!

When are you planning to land btw? do you plan to move to CANADA from the US? just curious

For me, this is a back up plan, if my green card process in the US takes ages, one day i'd be sick of waiting, and decide to move to the north.

What are you afraid of? Your PP is in transit, so just check your mailbox and it will pop up soon.

My online status changed to DM on March 10th but I have not received any ppr request yet.i also send an email to cpc o but it would be another 20 days before they would respond. does anyone else have same experience?its already been two weeks .I was expecting to get some communication within 2 weeks.

August applicant got my PPR email yesterday. Below is my timeline:

Application filed: August 5
CC charged: Nov 15
PER: Nov 26
Second line ECAS: Jan 6
Additional documents request/submission: Jan 6
PPRF email/payment: Jan 7
MR: Jan 8
Medical posted by Doctor's office: Jan 15
Medical updated ECAS 3rd line: Jan 29
PCC submission: Feb 17
RFV email- PPR: March 24

I didn't expect my PPR so quick considering the long list of countries I have been traveling to. Security/background check seems to be faster than before. knock on wood! Keep up the hope and positive energy, we started this journey together and I wish a very happy ending for all of you guys here. Thanks for all the feedback and supports during the process.
