Need help. For those who are familiar with Toronto, Can you please guide which ares are good for family to live? One of my friend is moving to Toronto in March and he wants to do apartment hunting based on location. his budget is $1500 - $2000 for 2 or 3 Bedroom apartment possibly in High rise buildings. Please give names so that I can look on google and find apartment. Appreciate your input.

I am not in Toronto area but I know you can use Kiji.ca to find apartments.

Please customize the Search to GTA or Toronto or Mississauga. I found my apartment through these sites and i have got my apartment approved for April 1. Planning for March right now (as of Feb 20) is too late, if you are talking about high rise buildings/settings. Wish you luck, you may get lucky in finding one.

With that budget don't waste your time on Kijiji or Craigslist, These are good for lower budget i.e. basements, etc.
Try more reliable websites like viewit . ca

Yes i was able to get it done from here. There are some well established building. All i did was asked the Landholding manager to get a video of the apartment and share some income details. After a history and background check, you are all set. But as you said, only few Landholdings are willing to do it online. Depends on how established they are.

An urgent query!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Last date for submission for PCC is 23rd Feb'15 but i have not received Singapore - PCC yet but it is delivered by Singapore authorities on 10th Feb'15 by registered post which takes 6-10 working days to reach its destination.

I was hopeful that i may receive it on 20th Feb but it is still not reached to Canada Postal facility.

I am actually worried now that what should i do??

Any suggestions are welcome.... Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

Send CPC an email they are human and they will understand. I think you will receive it early next week.

I hope they start issuing mr too they seem to close all the older files for the last two weeks ...but dont worry i know at least 6 or 7 other september cases waiting like us from the egyptian spreadsheet....enjoy this holiday and start worring from monday ...good luck to all of us

Geee ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D at last I just got my RPRF and PCC now to all late August and early to mid-September applicants there is hope. I sent PCC on Tuesday they received it yesterday and just now I got two email requesting PCC and my daughter's passport. Thanks all
