Guys,

What if im not able to provide a Canadian Residential address during the Landing process ??
I have read that i can submit one within 180 days of Landing date. But what is the process to do so ? Please advice.

VO started processing - Jan 22, 2015
RPRF, PCC, MR request - Jan 23, 2015
Medical done, RPRF paid - Jan 30, 2015 - Sent pdf receipt (without filling in the blanks) same day to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca, stil not updated

3rd line updated - Medical results have been received
PCC sent to CPC-Ottawa - Feb 16, 2015....Courier still in transit due to the unfortunate winter storm at memphis, TN today (my bad luck)...

Question:- 1) Why dont they update my status and say RPRF received? Will they update only after they receive my PCC?
2) Assuming my PCC is received on Feb 18, 2015, how long for CPC-Ottawa for my PPR?

You bring forward date is March 23rd (60 days from previous BF date Jan 23). Expect your PPR around that date.

what should i do
gsmwill take 20 _30 days to answer me
so is calling them and asking about mr an option or its a silly idea

your file is currently on queue for review (eligibility at VO level etc)...are you one of those who changed visa office from cairo to Ottawa? could be a reason too though not sure
are you in Canada? I will say give them more time and be patient, I know its not easy.

Heads up!..I saw DM on ecas on Friday (13th) and called CIC today (my first CIC contact lol) , the lady said DM was made on Feb 11th. They said my file is approved and they are currently preparing my copr, that's why I didn't get an email yet - when they are ready, they will contact me...

Hey Guys,

I posted this question before but I didn't really get an answer.

What does it mean by my file is still at CIO. I was told that transfer began on January 30th, 2015 previously but was told currently that it's still with CIO. Does it mean that it was already transferred to Ottawa but hasn't been looked at yet, therefore it's showing as with CIO? Or is it really at CIO? It doesn't make sense to me that files transferred outside the country is quicker.
