That's someone weird ... But u don't worry they always go for Screening and respond back as soon as they get all checked from all countries u visited or stayed ... So in my opinion it's just they are keeping themselves safe by keeping it long ... U will hear from them soon that's my wish nd pray.

Did u raise CSE ..?? Or contacted Dr who did ur medical ..?

I submitted my police certificate with the file from the beginning .and I already have my 3rd line (medcal results received) .I dont know what is ment by cse but I contacted Cpc-ottawa two monthes ago and they replied that they didnt exceeded the regulatory timeline and they dont require any documents this time and that is it .

AFAIU from my GCMS notes, their timeline is 1 year, so you might have similar due dates. They have different security checks depending on nationality, travel history and prior employment with government. In case you ended up on this "z-list", you might have to endure extensive waiting. Take it easy, live your life today. It will happen when perfect time comes. Good luck!

I'm May 26th applicant, medicals done 3rd Nov 2014 and nothing heard from CIC

Received my GCMS notes today (29 days).

1) RCMP screening is done in 3 days.
2) Because of extensive travel history and government jobs in the past my security due date is November, 2015
3) They share info with USA.
4) RPRF is processed in three days.
5) All assessments are in process

AFAIU from my GCMS notes, their timeline is 1 year, so you might have similar due dates. They have different security checks depending on nationality, travel history and prior employment with government. In case you ended up on this "z-list", you might have to endure extensive waiting. CPC Ottawa is unpredictable especially with Passports ..!! did u contacted office it's already nearly 3 weeks ur passport is with them ..!!

Yeah .. that is why waiting patiently hoping nothing wrong in this last step to happen !!
Anyhow expecting it back at least by next week , already sent a mail to them today and I believe there is no other way also right?

Thank God did not have any travel plans in these 3-4 weeks !!

Have you tried contacting CPC-O?
I would definitely be concerned regarding the timeline.

Meds status says - sent (to the applicant?). I have found the email of CIC Health branch and raised a query with them. Also have ordered a new set of GCMS notes yesterday.
