My application reached to CIC on 22nd May 2014. All Medical process, PCCs, RPRF fee etc were done on 23rd Nov 2014. Only outstanding US FBI PCC sent on 26th Jan and by tracking number, I saw it is likely to received by CIC by today. (4th Feb 2015). I am from US.

guys based on your experience, knowledge, how early I may get email for PP request..?

Not sure whats going on.

At that stage you already cleared your Criminality. PCC's are required for criminality. So I would say its very unlikely to receive PCC request at that stage.

As far as I know, yes it is valid, and I know people who used it in 2014 to come back to US. In fact, I am waiting for my passports and planning to AVR to come back to usa after landing. I see no problem with it. But waiting for more comments from people who have actually used it.

I am not sure but what I have observed so far is .... When they receive all of ur PCC's they start with security screening and that take aprox around between 1 month to 2 months. But wait for other forumities to reply .... that's just my observation.

No, generally they don't ask for any PCC after MR & RPRF.

This should give you an indication on wait time. My Med, India PCC, and RPRF was done by early Nov. I was only left with US FBI PCC which was received on Jan 5th. I am waiting for PPR since then.

But some got it within a week of sending FBI PCC. So it is very subjective. I'd say anywhere between 1 week to 2 months wait.

They generally update it once a day or when status actually changes.. so just wait and keep watching.
