hi there I have a very frustrating situation here, need to know what you guys think.
I applied in Jun 2014, but missed one document, I realized this and submitted it in a different envelope, no communication until Feb 2015 that my application was returned to me in Sep 2014 as it was incomplete, however it was sent to wrong address, due to CIC's error in typing my address. now I got the package from my neighbor, and I can see that I have been allocated an UCI. am I able to request CIC to process my application under the 2014 rule?
