FSW 2014 - Application rejected for 2172- Reason birth certificate missing

I had send my application on 23rd July 2014 and was return back due to incomplete documents.
Reason - Birth Certificate not attached.
My Query - I had submitted my Birth Certificate to School for admission. Why can't they consider my school leaving certificate as a age proof. I had also given affidavite for it.

Not satisfied with their reason. Is there any other way out. I had applied under NOC - 2172 which is still not filled.
Can I reapplied for this NOC ?

Generally they accept SSLC certificate with parents name and DOB or affidavite?

Definitely you still have the chance , attach the birth certificate and send all the documents again .
I think if you send today ,100% you will be in cap.
