We received a second email from Bucharest VO, asking for my reference letter from my husband and extending our submission deadline to April 4th. Hope we can make it and overcome the other obstacle in our application God willing.

PSS2009 - I received the MR exactly on the carry forward date mentioned in my CAIPS notes. Which was 1 year after the date of my PER email. But your carry forward date may be different than 1 year after PER who knows.. You may chose to order CAIPS notes to see when is your carry forward date.
The CAIPS notes will take 30 days to be delivered to you (even though it may be generated on the same day you requested it!).
Waiting is the name of the game

Is there anyone here whose sponsorship application was transferred from Amman VO to Bucharest?
How long does it usually take for people to get their visa from this VO?

Hi Ellham,

In this forum there were several applicants transferred from Amman to Bucharest VO. They don't write any longer because their visa process was finalized.
Regarding the speed of processing - I know of several Sept-Dec 2014 FSW applicants, who received medical requests around February 2016. So it takes long for MR. After medical request, the processing is usually fast - less than 1 months for Passport Request and the visas are stamped & returned within 10-15 days after BVO receives them.
I know of only 1 applicant from December 2014 who is still expecting MR from Bucharest VO.
I'm Aug'2014 applicant; received MR on 29 February 2016 and believe my visa would be already in my passport but have delaying factor (obtaining Dubai Police certificate for my husband takes a loooot of time!...)

I'm a July '14 applicant. I got MR back in March 2015 but no PPR after that. My medicals have expired already and just yesterday they responded to one of my inquires and asked me to do the medicals again. Not ideal, but I'm just glad they didn't ask for police clearance again
