No, I didn't. I've read on this forum that this is a common problem, and I think that they will just respond that my application is In Process, and will thank me for being patient, as they usually do

Hi Didi i Vanio,
I raised CSE on 01.12.2015 and received a reply by officer MG on 23.12.2015. He wrote that my application is "pending review on queue based on date of receipt".
My PER email was in late February 2015 and my application was forwarded to Bucharest VO accordingly late. So I assume the applicants who got PERs before us will be processed before us by BVO.
My CAIPS notes dated 04.12.2015 show that nothing was done to our application (Admissibility, criminality checks, relative in Canada etc.). The delay in PER seems, was caused by a 40 CAD overpaid amount. BulBank BG issued incorrect amount on the manager's cheque. (They re-issued it thrice lol for which we paid the issuing fees 3x.When the bank finally got the Receiver name correct, the amount went wrong.. )

I hope this sheds some light.

I'm not ready to give up the Canada dream yet...but the wait is aggravating and costly in our case.

Does anyone have any clue for what is happening with Bucharest VO? We have not heard any news from them for long time. No Mrs, No PPRs, no document requests......nothing at all.

I am dying just to figure out what is that work they are currently involved in, so they ignore our files in that way. the waiting becomes endless and never ending in our case.

Frustration is at the peak. :-\ :'(

I still haven't received a reply for my last email on 29th of November.

In my case, They used to respond within one or two days after receivng the email (it happened twice with me in the past with a standard reply). Otherwise, they will not respond at all especially if one month has elapsed, then most likely they will not care to respond.

I am sorry Zaidka for the delay in your case as the odds of being asked to go to a second medical check seem to be high now... It is absolutely depressing to see this long waiting lingering forever. The news has been very scarce in the last previous months for us as FSWs. :'(

Anyway, have you come up with any explanation for the delay in your case? Have you ordered GCMS notes? May they shed some light on what is happening with respect to this strange delay in your file processing? :-\

I didn't order GCMS (or was it CAIPS?) notes because it seems that the visa office itself is slow so no reason yet to think something is wrong with my file. I did submit a CSE 3 weeks ago though but haven't got a response yet.
