Bucharest Visa Office still working on Quebec applications only. A lot of them already received visas or are due to receive them.
There are cases where people submitted their Quebec federal package in June 2015 and received medical requests this month (August 2015). I am happy for them, but think they should work on non-Quebec applications as well. They say the applications are processed in the order in which they are received, but it seems this is not true.
Hope CIC realizes that, and the office starts processing us.

I have my SLU this morning! It says: We started processing your application on 01.04.2015
As I have ordered past month gcms notes, I could tell you that this is the date when Bucharest received my application paper kit.

I hope we all have good news soon as the holiday season is over.

We have 2nd line update as well! OMG it's been 8 months of silence. We started processing your application on February 16th, 2015.

Don't you think this is a little strange guys? Usually it should say something like August 26th. Well this news is much better than no news at all and this means they do something but usually people get 2nd line and MR in 1-2 weeks. I do recall bobel got his 2nd line in 2 weeks or so and still nothing. What do you think about that?

Anyways.... this is super nice! 2nd line update at last! OMG I am so happy
