i did the med exam 17 january 2014 !! 14 months ago and still didn't get my ppr yet . only last week i got on the cyber the third line that they started processing my file since 19 march 2015 . what makes you think you will get it soon if u did ur med exams 2 months ago ?

hmm..very strange, maybe you should call to the VO and ask about Ecas? I think a simple e-mail is not enough, a call will be a better choice. I don't think that there is something negative, don't despair.

You have to be perseverant, ignore what robot says and go forward till you will have a dialog with an officer.

Hello!

I received my PER on 12 December 2014, Then AOR on 13 January 2015 (They asked for RPRF, PCCs, Family Book). My documents reached Bucharest on 18 February 2015.

On 19 March 2015, I opened my e-cas (after two weeks of not opening) and then found the following:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 13, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on March 10, 2015.

3. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I did not receive any email or mail from them at all. I am just waiting the unknown.

Everyone told me it is a rejection. But I did not receive a rejection letter until now.

I am 100% sure of my documents and points. I have 68 points.

If the office is not satisfied by my documents, they should ask for more or an interview at least.

But They are not sending me anything.

I have requested GCMS Notes, I emailed the VO, without any reply.

If they can reach a selection decision w/o an interview they are encouraged to act in that manner. It looks like the CO overruled the CIO MI review (point based or job duties not matching).

Hi.

Stelimeli suggested me to write here about my timlines and I am very glad to share with you my app's evolution. Even if I am from Romania I don't have special treatment from Bucharest VO . CIC recived my app on 3 october and i recived PER on 13 january. Since that date....nothing. I sent an e-mail to embassy on mid februari to ask about my app but they told me that my app is going on and they will apreciate if i will be patient and keep conversation to a minimum. So, i'm waitting.
